Balearics
Four islands, Menorca, Majorca, Ibiza and Formentera make up this group of islands off Spain's Mediterranean coast. They offer something for everyone from the dramatic north coast of Majorca, to the picturesque habour of Mahon in Menorca, to the party island of Ibiza. The weather is generally fair with gentle breezes and you will be spoilt for choice with a vast number of beaches.

Valencia
Home to the forthcoming America's Cup in 2007, Valencia has jumped from obscurity as a new charter destination. For those that love the thrill of close match racing, several yachts are planning to make their way to Valencia. There will be plenty of racing with both the 'play off' Louis Vuitton Cup and the actual America's Cup in June/July 2007.

Costa del Sol
The South of Spain is still a popular choice among yacht charterers who are attracted to the fine weather and bustling ports. Pueto Banus has long been a favourite of the glitterati and in the summer months is full of yachts hopping from beach to beach. In the hills behind the coastal strip, the old Spain continues at it's slow pace. Time seems to stand still in the very picturesque mountain towns of Andalucia, the 'Pueblos Blancos'.

The Official Website for Tourism in Spain Bay of Naples
Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano. All conjure up great food, beautiful sweeping views and warm turquoise seas. Many villages on the Amalfi coast look like they are squeezed on to the edge of cliffs and they harbour superb restaurants serving equally superb seafood. Pompeii and Versuvius are within easy reach and even for the more adventurous, Ponza is accessible on a longer cruise.

Sardinia
This island is tremendously popular with motor and sailing yachts alike. The glamorous ports of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo attract the rich and famous along with some very serious sailors. The colour of the sea here is stunning, fair winds blow most of the year and there are dozens of lovely beaches on both Sardinia and the small surrounding islands. The French island of Corsica lies just to the north with the precipitous port of Bonafacio guarded by a cliff top castle.

Portofino
Portofino is surely one of the most charming ports in the world and an ideal base for yachting in northern Italy. The Cinque Terre, five little fishing villages, are only a short cruise away and lie at the bottom of steep valleys, offering breathtaking walks and traditional restaurants. This piece of coast is considered so special that it was given National Park status in 1999.

Italian Government Tourist Board St Tropez
St Tropez is one of the most popular destinations on the French Riviera. A charming port surrounded by restaurants and bars and full of yachts in the height of summer. Many go there to see and be seen however despite jet set reputation of St Tropez, it is a very pleasant and picturesque location.

Monaco
The principality of Monaco including the infamous Monte Carlo still conjures up a James Bond life style and entering the port maintains this as there are often several of the world's finest yachts moored up. The pretty anchorages of Cap Ferrat and Villefranche are ideal for lunch or overnight depending on the weather. Monaco is renown for superb restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Cannes
Probably the most elegant of all the towns on the Cote D'Azur, Cannes has a sheltered port, a normally comfortable anchorage, and above all a sophisticated charm . There are several fine hotels, restaurants and bars, many with their own beach where the sand is squeaky clean, with waiters attending to your every need. Cannes is the shopping mecca of the French Riviera and also hosts the Cannes Film Festival together with several large and glamorous conferences.
